	Year
	2009	Synertec	Twofold acquired the mailing equipment and envelope business of Synertec Ltd in July 2009. Due to the similarities in customer profile and products the substantial number of support and envelope contracts were seamlessly added to our customer base.

	2008	Formflow	Twofold acquired the business of Formflow Equipment Ltd in September 2008. Formflow was formed in 1985 to manufacture and market forms bursters, decollators and pressure sealing equipment. The entire product range is still manufactured today in our Reading production facility.

	2005	Diptec	Twofold acquired the Intellectual Property and Support contracts of Diptec Ltd in September 2005. Diptec were the original authors of the DoCWEB and DoCSCAN products together with a range of related products and continue to specialise in new projects and solutions. They were also tasked with producing the original TWOapprove invoice approval system sold exclusively by Twofold.

	2000	Bottomline Technologies	Twofold was formed in August 2000 following a management buy-out of the mailing, envelope and document security business of Bottomline Technologies.
