Twofold Remote Assistance

Welcome to Twofold Remote Assistance.

This online service provides rapid assistance with your support issues. In order to use the remote assistance you must first contact one of our support agents by calling 0118 951 9800 between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday.

Once you are connected to one of our support agents click on the 'Start Session' button below to download the program. Should any security warnings or messages appear, please speak to your support agent and follow the instructions below.

How to use

Click to start If your system blocks downloading of the application from the 'Start Session' link, then try downloading a Zip copy of the application by clicking here. Save the downloaded Zip file, then manually run the application from the Zip file.

After clicking on Start Session the window above will appear. Enter Session number provided, then click 'Connect'

Security Messages

Click on 'Open'
Click on 'Run'
Click on 'Add', this will display a further window, click on 'Add'. Then try the 'Start Session' again.
