Phil Charnick Managing Director	Phil Charnick joined Checkpoint Security Services in 1999 and was part of the management team which established Twofold in 2000 He joined Twofold’s board in 2002 and was appointed Managing Director in 2004.
Tim Miller Director	Tim joined Checkpoint in 1991 and stayed with Bottomline Technologies after the acquisition in 2000 where he served as Vice President of Channel Sales. Tim joined the Board of Twofold in 2007 and is currently responsible for the Consulting Division.
Andy McCallum Director	Andy founded Checkpoint Security Services in 1985 and established Twofold in 2000 when Checkpoint was sold to Bottomline Technologies. He has extensive prior management experience in the Information Technology & Document Security & Distribution Industries.
Peter Rooke Director	Peter jointly founded Checkpoint with Andy McCallum in 1985 and was Chief Executive until the business was sold. He established Twofold in 2000 when Checkpoint was sold to Bottomline Technologies. He has extensive management and board level experience in the Information Technology, Document Security & Distribution as well as Printing industries.
