The TFi-62 is a desktop folder inserter that can handle up to 2,200 items an hour. This compact and quiet folder inserter will fill 100 envelopes in just 3 minutes, and can process multiple documents of different sizes, even if they are stapled.
Simple & Reliable
The TFi-62 folder inserter comes in 3 different models, which means Twofold can match the right model to your applications and requirements. The TFi-62 range measures the thickness of each piece of paper as it enters the feeder unit, ensuring no more than one sheet at a time is allowed to pass through. This is vitally important when sending out cheques or other financial documents. You can use either C5 or DL size envelopes and insert up to 5 sheets at a time. Whether you send out invoices, statements, cheques, letters, brochures or other documents, the TFi-62 range handles them with ease.
Easy to operate
The TFi-62 range has a large, clear graphic display, which is easy to use and understand. These folder inserters have a unique "Fill n Start" feature that adjusts most settings automatically, enabling the operator to simply load the stationery, press two buttons and let the folder inserter do the rest. With direct loading, there's no need to pre-fan the documents. The unique folded set mechanism means documents can be collated prior to folding, thereby presenting a complete set of documents when the envelope is opened. The TFi-62 range comes with simple automatic job settings, enabling the operator to pre-programme their most used set-ups. In the unlikely event of a stoppage, the clam shell design of the TFi-62 range of folder inserters, allows the operator instant access to the complete paper and envelope path. This means no damaged documents and no need for specialised operators.

The TFi-62 is available in 3 different models.
TFi-62 (1+1) - Comes with 2 automatic feeders (1 x full size document feeder & 1 x insert size feeder), direct loading, Fill n' Start, double document detection on feeders and multiple document feeding. Additional accessories available are short feeders, side exit unit and an adjustable stand on wheels.
TFi-62 (2+0) - Comes with 2 automatic feeders (2 x full size document feeders), direct loading, Fill n' Start, double document detection on feeders and multiple document feeding. Additional accessories available are short feeders, side exit unit and an adjustable stand on wheels.
TFi-62 (2+1) - Comes with three automatic feeders (2 x full size document feeders & 1 x insert size feeder), direct loading, Fill n' Start, double document detection on feeders and multiple document feeding. Additional accessories available are short feeders, side exit unit, an adjustable stand on wheels and OMR capability.
OMR - Optical Mark Recognition allows mailshots to be personalised and a variable number of documents to be inserted into each envelope. For example multi-page statements, where one customer may recieve a one page statement and the next customer may need to receive four pages. With OMR you can be sure the correct financially sensitive documents go into the correct envelope.
