Covid-19 Statement from Twofold Ltd

As the news surrounding the spread of COVID-19 continues to gather pace, I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that we are doing everything possible as a business to protect our staff, customers and partners whilst ensuring the continuity of our operations.

We are, of course, following official guidance from the UK Government and are taking the necessary steps required in line with this guidance.  As a company that relies on people and technology, we have always taken business continuity planning very seriously and as a result, have the technologies and policies in place which will enable us to work as normally as possible during these unusual times.

For the time being, the office remains open and we have implemented a number of internal procedures to ensure we have a safe work environment for our staff.

Employees who are able to work remotely have been instructed to work from home. For employees who must work on site, we are taking measures to ensure they are provided with a safe environment by applying strict health and safety protocols.  This will not impact on the ability for us to complete work and we do not anticipate any significant disruptions to our services at this time.

For the same health and safety reasons and following advice on social distancing, we are conducting all non-critical meetings using digital conferencing tools or postponing them to another date.

Our teams are already accustomed to working remotely and our professional services personnel and support staff are on duty to maintain support levels.

Hardware customer support representatives remain available via phone and email and our engineers are still available to attend site as required

Thank you for your continued trust in Twofold. We are committed to supporting our employees and customers and will update you as the situation changes.

Sincerely,

Phil Charnick

Managing Director, Twofold
