Your documents will be collated, folded and neatly presented into the correct order before being cleanly inserted into the envelope. This simple process saves hours of manual labour and completes tasks in just minutes, while you can get on with other duties. An additional feature of the TFi-85i is Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) software which automates the correct number of documents inserted. This offers further security, ideal for financial and confidential mail.
The TFi-85i Folder Inserter is able to process up to 4,000 documents per hour.
Capable of folding, inserting and sealing up to 10 folded documents into a single envelope. Its full-colour large touch screen includes a Load ‘n’ Go feature enabling you to get the job done with just a touch of a button. FlexFeed multi-format feeders accept just about any type of insert including A4, A5, leaflets, return envelopes and postcards. Compatible with DL and C5 envelopes, the TFi-85i is excellent for sending remittances, invoices and even mailshots. A high capacity feeder and vertical stacker is available for the higher volume mail. Thickness detection protects against double feeding while simultaneously, collating and neatly folding items together before inserting them into an envelope.
The clever double document detection eliminates the risk of sending documents to the wrong recipient. In addition to this, the full-page Contact Image Sensor (CIS) scanning technology, the TFi-85i can read any type of coding including optical mark, optical character, and 1D and 2D data matrix barcodes. Because the scanner reads the entire area of the page, codes can be printed anywhere on the document and read horizontally and vertically.
