TotalAgility builder

TotalAgility Builder is an easy-to-use visual environment for modelling, design, analysis, simulation and testing of processes. Construction of process flows is performed graphically using a ‘drag-and-drop’ approach which has been designed to support faster model-to-deployment time and to deliver ‘Zero Code’ systems.

Unlike competing systems the builder provides extensive support for modelling knowledge-intensive processes, enabling case management features such as case definitions, dynamic process attachment and virtual case folders. Once process modelling is complete the Builder enables customers to deploy and execute processes without additional coding or integration. The model is the process.



TotalAgility workspace

The TotalAgility Workspace delivers the Right Work to the Right Person at the Right Time. The Workspace enables the user to engage in process execution in a way appropriate to their role.

The Workspace allows process participants to work efficiently, effectively, intelligently and transparently, while also delivering the ability to improve the processes designed in the TotalAgility Builder. Process Execution, Process Monitoring and Process Optimisation are all delivered via the TotalAgility Workspace.

Process execution

The TotalAgility Workspace guides process execution toward completion, orchestrating the combination of system and human activities. The TotalAgility product can react to changes in throughput, capacity, workload and utilisation to modify its scheduling and routing of workload and process tasks.

As exceptions occur, The TotalAgility product can automatically launch new processes to rectify the problem, avoiding the costly losses incurred when exceptions are dealt with by only manual intervention.

Zero code

TotalAgility is a zero code environment enabling customers to deliver faster and more frequent process innovation without expensive reliance on I.T.-delivered, code-based changes. You’ll be provided with web browser-based forms and automated document and email generation as standard. There is no requirement for custom software development, it’s simple and user friendly.

Process monitoring

The TotalAgility Workspace supports human decision making. By facilitating easy reporting and visualisation of a process, the TotalAgility Workspace enables the user, manager or business analyst to measure process and business performance and identify bottlenecks, issues and opportunities for improvement.

The TotalAgility Workspace delivers comprehensive Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) functionality and includes a configurable dashboard and a set of user-definable reports to display real-time and historical performance metrics.

Off-the-shelf integration

Off-the-shelf integration with familiar Microsoft® products including SharePoint®, Dynamics® CRM, Visio, Office, Outlook and Lync®, is provided allowing customers to accelerate the implementation of their solution and to leverage and extend their existing software assets.

Integration to HP TRIM and pre-built CMIS standards compliance ease the task of managing documents, irrespective of which document management products the organisation may use.

Process optimisation

Process Optimisation capabilities within the TotalAgility Workspace allow manual and automatic intervention in in-flight business processes, enabling you to quickly adapt to changing circumstances.

TotalAgility provides the flexibility to execute a process differently, or even execute a different process, depending on circumstances, for example during periods of unprecedented demand in a service organisation.

In-flight process change

TotalAgility empowers organisations to instantly change an in-flight process without professional I.T. assistance, allowing a new client need to be met, a fast-emerging issue to be resolved or a new business opportunity to be quickly acted upon.


TotalAgility runs on Microsoft Windows 7, Vista and XP and provides a browser interface which supports all common desktop browsers including Internet Explorer.
The product deploys on Microsoft .NET, uses an SQL Server database and utilises industry standards such as BPMN, web services and LDAP allowing users to design, develop, deploy and monitor complex BPM and Case Management solutions without the need to write any code.

Automatic generation of user forms and web parts means the resulting process solutions can be easily deployed within an existing Microsoft environment.

Content management and CRM integration

We integrate to the leading document management and CRM systems e.g. Microsoft® SharePoint®, HP TRIM and Microsoft Dynamics® to let you manage records and documents using your existing infrastructure, while we manage the routing and scheduling of work and the monitoring of milestones and budgets.

Document Generation is a common requirement of many case management processes. TotalAgility facilitates this by supporting automated document generation from within a running process.

TotalAgility supports sophisticated automatic routing of workflow to the most appropriate person based on task, group, role, skill, priority, due date, budget and security level. In addition integration with Microsoft Office® Communicator facilitates engagement between case workers via presence and user collaboration functionality (voice, video, conferencing and instant messaging).
